My first time ever getting filler, I got lip and chin. I’m so happy with it and it looks so natural which is what I wanted. The numbing cream was great so I didn’t struggle with the pain at all really. The aftercare pack is really helpful, the arnica gel worked a treat for the (surprisingly small amount of) bruising. As always Jen & the team were lovely. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, thank you!!

Had my first carbon facial with Charlotte today. So relaxing, the laser felt a little warm on my skin it did nip a little bit in 1 area but not painful. My skin is glowing and feels amazing. Charlotte explained everything to me and answered all my questions, will definitely be back for more.

After having my lips dissolved and beautifully re-filled by Jennifer last year, I knew from then on that I just couldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Today I’ve had a dermal filler package done and she has just done the best job ever, so subtle and natural yet such a difference it has made! she is truly magic 🪄 after loosing my spark for many years and having two disabled children so, of course, having bigger priorities.. she has brought so much sparkle back and I couldn’t be more grateful to her and the rest of the team. Charlotte talked me through the tattoo removal process also when removing the tattoo she told me how far through she was so I knew how long left I had , the tattoo removal hurt a little bit but only when it got hot it’s the noise more than anything it sounds like your being shocked But it just feels like a rubber band hitting you I’d say pain was 5/10 deffo recommend ❤️
