The massage was lovely, but felt like I was cut short of time. My appointment was 10am, I got called in at 10:04, when she took me to the room and told me to get undressed into just my underwear I explained I only had a rope and swimsuit on so won’t take me long. She then came back into the 5 minutes later so treatment started at 10:09. She then finished the massage at 10:52 which was 3 minutes earlier than it should have been, so feel like I’ve lost nearly 15 minutes of treatment. Like I said the message was lovely and very relaxing but felt like I did miss out a little with the time.

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the massages and both masseuses where lovely the spa was nice but I think that the steam room could be cleaned a bit better apart from this all facility’s were great! We will be coming back soon hopefully !

The spa and afternoon tea was perfect. Lovely spa facilities and a fabulous afternoon tea on the stunning terrace afterwards. Excellent value. We will be back and will include some treatments next time.

I had a mini facial and mini back massage. Both were superb, it is the second time that I have been lucky to have Victoria. She certainly has the magic touch.Look forward to having more treatments with her.

A lovely time in the spa for my daughter’s birthday followed by a facial and back , neck and shoulder massage which was really nice. A plentiful afternoon tea was also enjoyed with good service. Only bad points- showers were Luke warm , no cups for water in the relaxation lounge and outside areas look run down but we enjoyed our time together. Thankyou

A gorgeous facial and back massage by Sorcha and a glass of bubbles and box of delicious chocolates after which was such a bonus as it was part of the treatment I had booked. Felt so chilled .

The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. The facilities are great we had a lovely morning a fantastic massage and a tasty lunch . Only issue was the water therapy jets in the pool worked once and never again, which was a shame as they are really good at getting rid oh shoulder aches . Thank you to the staff for looking after us so well xx

But today l booked for my friends birthday just the 2 of us we had treatments they were Amazing we both loved the lady’s they were were fantastic at their job Had lunch open sandwiches Fantastic compliments to the chef Young waitress made us the best Exspresso Martini lovely afternoon Very sad no one called me regarding my last visit l am a local and have been using lakeside for family advents Xmas parties Ect since Terry 1st opened lakeside Would be appreciated to get a response back after all these years of supporting you ??

We received great service at both the spa and restaurant. The staff were friendly and efficient and we enjoyed both a relaxing treatment and tasty afternoon tea! Would definitely return if we come back to the Isle of Wight!

Great day, pool, spa, sauna everything was just perfect, nice that the place wasn’t busy so we could all be together . Food was excellent, service was polite and quick. Great value for money, we will be back!

This is my 3rd time of visiting the spa and restaurant. The staff are extremely helpful, the spa is therapeutic with a good range of things to do. Excellent for escaping the normal day to day life and the food is excellent. Would highly recommend it and will definitely be come back. Thank you for a lovely time

Fabulous massage from lavender all the knots in my back and shoulders, were very expertly smoothed away, leaving me feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Absolutely amazing! My feet and legs have never felt so good after my leg and foot massage. I also had a lovely rejuvenating facial along with a head massage. Highly recommend the lakeside, will definitely be back in the near future.
