My first visit and will definitely be coming back. Lin was excellent and knowledgeable, with the right amount of pressure to get the knots out. Stretching out my limbs and shoulders to aid flexibility was also very welcome. Very relaxed as well. Looking forward to my next visit.

This session was so well time after such a crazy week. Also, I had overdone it doing exercise yday and had an ache in my left foot all day, but after this deep reset it's perfectly normal already and I feel great! Thanks Racquel you are truly amazing 🥰. I almost went into a comfortable deep slumber 🤣

Today I had a back massage, it was great. Cathie takes time to speak with me and always checks how my week has gone. Amazing massage, she goes deep into the tissues and releases all tension. It was exactly what I needed.

Racquel is a delight to work with. She's a master in what she does and I learn something new everytime I leave her clinic. Indira was amazing. It was my very first full body wax, including bikini and intimate problem areas. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The facial afterwards was also one of the best I've had. Steam, massage, glowing after. 😊 I shall come back!

Racquel is always thorough and personalised with her approach, really takes her time to understand what's going on for you each session, and tailors everything for you. She takes her time to explain things, regularly checks in, and is always open to feedback. I've had a few sessions with her now and always feel miles better after each treatment. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a good sports reset.
