I've seen Katy before for a facial and today was my 1st full body massage. Katy is such a good listener as I had a few medical issues causing me tension and pain. She designed a massage specifically fory situation. I felt totally comfortable especially being my 1st time. My shoulders, neck and feet felt like they were floating after! I recently visited Iram’s Beauty Lounge for a back massage and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt calm, clean and welcoming. The therapist was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout. She focused on the areas where I carry tension and the pressure was perfect. She was attentive and clearly very skilled at what she does. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Absolutely fantastic, massage with the Most beautiful oils applied to the skin. Really felt rejuvenated afterwards, I opted for a head massage and full body, i could hear my back realign, and release deep stress. I loved that the lady(sorry dont know your name) dis not talk to me throughout and let me. Enjoy my experience. I have tried a few local massages this is the best by far. Highly. Recommend x

The most amazing facial ever had! I let Sammy choose as I explained my skin issues and recent changes. She recommended the Cinderella facial (named for an amazing for a night out at a ball! or special event) First a lovely cleanse, really expertly done. Then a facial massage and this was the last where I was in heaven! I have a lot of pain and tension due to suffering from TMJ disorder and have partial lockjaw and her massage was in all the places and just the right pressure to ease all of the tension. After the facial I looked at my skin and it was so luminous & hydrated! Thank you

This was honestly the best facial and massage experience ive ever had . Iram was so polite and lovely and really took time and care into her service she did on me i had the microneedling done and my skin was super glowy and radiant after i highly recommend and will 100% go back

I'm sure that, in just 45 mins, Katie miraculously managed to swap my tired, stressed and aching old back with a brand new one! She asked me to identify and worked hard into the muscles in my problem areas, and then found and mended problem areas I didn't even know I had! Very skilled, professional masseuse. Highly recommend. Great value for money.

I've been having Botox for about 6 years, every 8mths. This was my 1st time with Sammy and it's the best I've had! The least pain, the most efficient and due to her being really confident yet gentle, I can't believe I was still chatting away when she put the needle in! I usually hold my breath and dislike that part! I was laughing with her as I left about my pain free Botox and it made me smile, to think needles in the face made me laugh! Sammy has built a lovely business due to her personality and skills combined. Always a pleasure. Thanks again
