Any work around the eyes can be faffy and makes my eyes water, but Caitlin was gentle so no watery eyes for my eye treatments. 👀 CBD body massage was amazing! Thank you x “Al be back”

Amazing experience at Urban Retreat, had a Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage and then the Radiance Rejuvenation Facial with Caitlin and it was so good, so relaxing, massage was perfect pressure and my skin is so soft and glowy after my facial, definitely recommend 10/10.

Fantastic Indian Head massage today. Went for the 1 hour one which included a Back, neck & shoulder massage too. Never felt so relaxed in my life! The atmosphere was just perfect and Lynsey has magic hands. She also recommended a couple of other things which could improve my sore shoulder which I will definitely try. Absolutely beautiful salon and would 100% recommend x

I had a menopause massage with Rachel and this was a first for me. It was very relaxing and they use essential oils and different pressure points to help alleviate the symptoms that come with menopause. Going to Urban Retreat is always a lovely experience and it’s a beautiful set up and the staff are all so lovely. Thank you for looking after me 🥰xx
