Pippa was extremely professional and made me feel welcome and at ease straight away. This was my first wax and I will not be going elsewhere! :) I am so happy with my results and couldn’t believe how quick it was and how minimal the pain was too. I was given a top-to-toe and head massage voucher for Christmas, and Fay was very accommodating when I mentioned I’m not a fan of back massages. She adapted the treatment to include a facial as well as the Indian head massage . It was a really lovely, relaxing experience, and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Absolutely amazing treatments from Pippa. Pippa spent time before the treatments asking me about my job, wellbeing and any medical concerns. I am a secondary school teacher so a naturally stressful and demanding job. The Hopi ear candles were so relaxing and I loved just hearing the crackle of the fire and the soothing background music. After iced water and lemon, Pippa moved onto the Aromatherapy back massage with facial and scalp massage. She tailored it to my needs of tense shoulders and aching lower back and I felt so relieved afterwards.

I’ve just had a great back and shoulder massage with some hot stones and a quick head massage thrown in too. Kay is lovely and I’d recommend her for any treatments you might like.

A lovely girl, Eva did my Indian head massage, never had one, but she was amazing, I cud feel myself and my worries drifting off, even my legs felt like they were floating!!! No I'm not joking. I desperately needed that today, after 2 long years, full of health problems, I will be going back again!!
