I had a soft tissue massage with Sarah today and would highly recommend. I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! We also had a good chat during the appointment, which made the experience feel really relaxed and personal. Sarah was lovely, friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be going back.

Denise was so good. She’s extremely knowledgeable and well versed in her craft. Her massage techniques to help relax as well as loosen tight muscles is commendable. Amazing! I have been dealing with an injury and Emma really helped me. I had a 20 minute walk home and it was pain free compared to the walk there which wasn’t. I would highly recommend a massage with Emma.
