I had my first reflexology session with Hollie today. It was my first experience of reflexology and I found it soothing to the point that I drifted off. I also felt the occasional sensation that I can’t describe. Not pain or discomfort, more an awareness. Hollie explained the body parts that correspond with different areas on the feet, which blew my mind and made perfect sense at the same time. I’ve booked my next one. The Little Health Barn is a beautiful space with a tranquility to it, which is perfect for holistic treatments.

Very relaxing, as always. I love Lisa's little garden room, so beautiful and thought through decore down to the smallest details. The shoulder and back massage really got to my knots, and the finishing foot massage with exfoliation was lush. Thank you Lisa!

Wonderful. As an NHS nurse my shoulders, back, neck, knees and feet take a battering and my stress levels are high. I had the 60 min massage followed by a 60 min facial. The massage was amazing but the facial has completely converted me to a facial fan. It was incredible. A gorgeous head massage was included, and my skin feels glowy and healthy. Thank you so much, will be back!
