FaceFirst is consistently excellent. I go there for tinting, electrolysis, waxing and facials. Susan, Sarah and Natalie are all highly-experienced beauty professionals. Very conveniently located on the mezzanine level of a building just metres down from North Sydney railway station entrance.

I had such a lovely experience with Hannah! She was so friendly, welcoming, and kind, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. The space was peaceful and relaxing, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. This was my first time getting a brow lamination and lash lift, and I am absolutely in love with the results! My brows and lashes look amazing, and Hannah did such a beautiful job. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience – I’ll definitely be back 💖

Tabo was an amazing masseur. One of the best massages I’ve had in my life. She hit all the right spots. Firm massage to relieve tension headaches and shoulder tension. Will definitely book again. Only regret is I didn’t book for a longer massage.

Another incredible treatment at Sanctuary. They are amazing and I leave every time firstly grateful that I decided to invest in myself, secondly thankful that I have such a skilled and knowledgeable skin care technician and thirdly determined that I will rebook sooner and commit to a routine. Had a 60 minute remedial massage with Prim. Had such a tight neck and back and feel soo much better. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend. Have tried 2 other Thai massages in the area and this was by far my favourite!
