Rachel is so attentive, caring and hospitable. Her approach to self care is holistic which was evident because it went beyond surface level. As always, a well needed massage to iron out all the nooks and crannies that creep up and stiffen your body. I recently took my 84 year old mum for the first time who said, boy, does she know her 'stuff' A big thanks to you Rachel for looking after mum so well and for being able to un-knot my body, no matter what I've put it through. The head spa was THE most relaxing experience-best treatment I’ve ever had. The massage was spot on, all the head spa treatments felt so nice. It felt like I was there for ages, everything smelt amazing and the room was perfect, heated bed and quilt, background music and calm lighting, I left feeling so chilled, I will most definitely be returning! Samantha was great, very professional and very good at what she does, the whole treatment was amazing, and I felt so comfortable. Definitely recommend!
