Vicky is one of the best Sports therapists I have ever been too. I go every 2 weeks for 90mins because I have alot of joint issues. What I like most about the experience is that Vicky really listens and checks with me for any pain or discomfort. The deep tissue massage has helped my mobility and I can cope so much better. I had a full body MLD massage 3 weeks after extensive skin removal surgery. Emma explained everything so well and I left feeling lighter and more comfortable than I’ve felt for the last 3 weeks! Visibly less swollen today and looking forward to seeing what happens over the next few days under Emma’s strict instructions to drink tonnes of water.
