Felicity went out of her way to accommodate my updo for my daughter's wedding at Bath Registry Office & I was really pleased with the result. Thank you Felicity for listening to what I wanted & being warm & friendly. The massage was really good, It only lost a star due to the pole directly under my face on the massage table being quite dusty and horrible, and I was hoping there would be an aromatherapy steam machine thing going like downstairs rather than a bit of oil on a face mask covered in blue roll. Basically the massage was great but the room didn’t really feel relaxing or special.

Been completely satisfied with every experience! Feel listened to, relaxed and welcome. Felicity has been cutting my hair for 9 years now and even though we moved out of Bath a year ago I still travel in to Euphoria! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
