Super relaxing experience, serene setting, friendly staff. The head spa treatment was both stimulating and nourishing for my scalp and hair, and paired with a face mask and blow dry it was a really nice combination!

Incredible experience! The Oasis facial and scalp treatment was pure heaven. My skin felt so refreshed and the scalp ritual released so much tension. I didn’t want it to end! The space is beautiful, calm, and super clean, and the staff were all so kind and welcoming. Everything felt personalized and the products smelled amazing. I left glowing, relaxed and with a great blow dry. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a full mind/body reset.

I had an incredible time at Gili Head Spa. The atmosphere was so calming and the treatment was deeply relaxing. I came in with a persistent headache, but by the time I left, it was much better. I'll definitely be back.

Ainur is incredibly talented and pays amazing attention to detail with every braid she creates. I’ve gone to her multiple times for special events like HYROX competitions and the Pride Parade, where I wanted colorful extensions braided into my natural hair. The braids always look beautiful, are comfortable, and hold up for days—even through intense athletic events. I highly recommend Ainur to anyone looking for high-quality, creative braids that last!

The studio is an inviting and serene space. Chi took her time explaining what products and styling tips would work for my curly hair. During the shampooing I was given a warming (disposable) eye mask which was a luxurious touch and the scalp massage was soothing . My curls looks bouncy and rejuvenated with my new cut. I can’t recommend this office enough! My sciatica was completely gone after just three sessions (and has not recurred in over 5 years). They are now treating my frozen shoulder and it is improving much faster than it did with traditional Western medicine. The team takes the time to get to know you and understand your specific needs, making every visit feel personalized. Excellent care and outstanding results!

EVERYONE at Wellington (Chinatown location) is super nice and extremely helpful! From accommodating my last minute schedule changes, PT with truly beneficial advice, to the acupuncturists that have helped me immensely! I have lower back pain and weird numbness in my left leg that Lilian has been steadily helping to improve. She’s amazing! She even recommended strategic tips to help with my blood circulation after looking at my tongue. I didn’t even know that was an issue until she checked. I love it here. It’s my happy place. I always leave with less pain and a smile.
