Amazing! I had the Sleeping Beauty treatment and Chantelle asked at the beginning if I had any problem areas. She proceeded to work thoroughly on those during the massage and concentrated on my knotted shoulders. The facial was my favourite part - so luxurious and relaxing. Highly recommend this to those with hectic lifestyles to unwind and shut off for an hour of pure bliss 💖

Marc has been my massage therapist for sometime now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. I experience a great deal of lower back pain which impacts on my ability to benefit fully from reiki whilst on the couch SO today we agreed to see if there was any difference if I remained seated for the reiki after the head massage ..WELL THE IMPACT WAS 💯 improved with a much greater level of relaxation experienced and I’m hopeful fora deeper level of healing overtime!! Sally is absolutely amazing at what she does. I have experienced both reiki and Indian head massage on two occasions now, and each time I leave feeling incredibly relaxed and calm. I visited Chrysalis Healing yesterday, for an Indian head massage, followed by reiki. I had recently been suffering with terrible back pain and was generally feeling off balanced. I explained this to Sally so she knew what to focus on. During my session, I felt a lot of energy shifting and I left feeling extremely relaxed. Later that evening some things came to light for me mentally and I finally had an emotional release. I have now woken up this morning feeling so much better and no longer in pain. Sally is amazing at what she does. I look forward to my next visit 😊

Facial and massage very good looking forward to coming next week

I am struggling to put into words how amazing my Reiki experience was followed by a head massage. I immediately felt so safe and present with Sally. I had completely switched off from life outside of the cosy room. During my experience emotions surfaced and there was no holding back the tears. It was a huge release that was very needed. My head massage following Reiki was so relaxing and I felt so peaceful. Sally shows so much care and attention I really can’t wait to visit again ❤️
