I booked for a full body massage, express facial and an Indian head massage. Charlotte was absolutely brilliant, she really cares about the customer experience and pays attention to detail. Had a lovely full body massage by Sammy today. She made me feel very comfortable and I managed to relax well throughout the treatment. She listened to my pressure comforts and took care when I expressed a particular shoulder paid I had been having. My only criticism is the massage was so relaxing I had to go home and have a nap :D hehe. Thanks Sammy. Xx
