If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx

Back from my first ASMR treatment with Sarah. I’m still floating. Didn’t know what to expect but wow how relaxing was that. Never knew there were so many ways to massage the scalp and hair. Sarah is so lovely, warm and friendly, she immediately put me at ease when I first met her and instantly felt in safe hands. I suffer from pretty persistent back pain and recently returned from an intense 2 week holiday and was feeling very uncomfortable and in pain which was impacting my wellbeing. After my first massage from Sarah I instantly got off the massage table and noticed the pain in my lower back had gone. Not only did I see instant results, the treatment itself was deeply relaxing and incredibly stress relieving. I’ve just had my second massage 5 weeks later and the results laste

Sarah made me feel very welcome. Room was warm bed heated and I loved the hot neck towel she put on me. My neck and back were really painfully tight and her massage was lovely. I really started to relax and I am definitely going back for another one. Thank you Sarah x

I had the back, neck and shoulder massage and it was bliss. The only tiny thing is I would have liked an indication of it coming to an end a coupe of minutes before - so I could be ready for it to finish. I could've happily drifted off to sleep!
