Amazing first massage at My Body My Temple. I was recommended to visit My Body My Temple by a friend of mine as I have been having problems with my shoulders. I had the head, neck and shoulder massage. Most massages I have had at different spa’s in the past, just concentrated on the areas that you had paid for, but this time not only were by shoulders massaged but so was my spine with connecting tissues. Will certainly go again and thank you.

This was the first time I’ve ever visited Angela Lamont Hair and Beauty. Very very welcoming and Angela herself was absolutely amazing, and very lovely personality. The service I went in for today was the Japanese Head Spa which also included a facial and hand and arm massage. I had never had one before, and I was very relaxed (fell asleep!). Very cosy room, and Angela herself made sure I was comfortable. Everything was explained perfectly before the service had started. When I left I felt very relaxed and refreshed. I will most definitely be back at some point for another one! Thank you.

Sarah was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly accommodating in finding an appointment time that worked for me and made me feel welcome and completely at ease as soon as I arrived. I had a full body massage and facial, and both treatments were amazing – so relaxing and exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt professional, calming and personalised. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and already looking forward to my next visit. I would highly recommend Sarah and will definitely be back!

Had a Japanese head spa with Angela, it was so relaxing and Angela explained everything she would be doing at the beginning then I just relaxed and enjoyed the process. Would definitely recommend this.

Had the most incredible 2-hour experience yesterday and I’m honestly still thinking about it 🤍 Maryna was amazing, she instinctively knew exactly where I was holding tension without me needing to say much. My shoulders and neck have been so tight lately (definitely not helped by being in between houses and sleeping on a spare mattress), but she worked through it all so intuitively. From the moment I left, I felt completely relaxed, like a weight had genuinely been lifted. You know when your body just feels lighter? That. Already can’t wait to go back!
