It was great to have my appointment with Charlotte today. She is so very calming and gentle. Just what I needed after the stress of trying to park on Speech Day!😱 Lovely to sit and chat with her, whilst my nails were being done. Her attention to detail is superb.

Charlotte was so kind & understanding as I had had surgery two weeks ago & needed some adaptions. The head massage was perfection, I felt so calm & relaxed after, it was exactly what I needed. My first visit to O.R.B was such a lovely, calm and relaxing experience. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Gemma, and I cannot rate her highly enough. She listened to what I needed and was very in tune with me. I was carrying a lot of tension, which she worked with and I feel so much lighter: thank you Gemma! I will definitely recommend you all to friends and family and I cannot wait to return for another treatment soon ❤️

Lovely beautifully decorated and furnished new salon, in Uppingham town centre, in quirky historic building. Have yet to have treatments, but popped in for a 'patch' tests and was greeted by a very lovely & cheerful Darcy, the new owner and beauty therapist. Looking forward to my treatments.

Darcy is an excellent therapist. I had a 30 minute back massage as recommended by my physio. Darcy asked where the problem areas were and attended to my massage in a very professional manner.
