I’ve been seeing Nicola for 2 years, focusing on lower back issue, after only a few visits this was fully resolved & Nicola focused on neck, upper back & shoulders due to the tension held due to sitting all day. I used to suffer with migraines, taking time off work, I now have a weekly massage & I’ve not had 1 migraine since. Massage is vital to maintaining good health especially with having a job sitting all day. Nicola also provides advice to prevent future ailments and how to quickly target areas if niggles start. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - Thank you x

Another amazing treatment from Sam at Sage Therapies. I highly recommend Sam and her healing hands and voice. My massage and Indian head massage put me into a lovely tranquil yet controlled state to be able to deal with the children going back to school and a missing dog. The dog only went missing in the house and was found in a similar tranquil state in her bed. Thank you again. 😊 xXx

Just had a massage at Bloom Wellbeing and highly recommend it! I saw Ella, who was knowledgeable, attentive, and kept checking in throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I felt looked after and at ease. The massage was deeply restorative. I have hEDS, and Ella was fantastic at adapting to offer what felt most supportive/ suitable for my body. I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Nicola is. Her space and her aura are so welcoming and inclusive. I got a head massage from Nicola at the tattoo convention last year and after suffering from migraines and being on a lot a lot of medication for them. I had that massage and I swear never had a migraine since. We’re coming up to a year mark and I decided to get a head massage again and it such a good decision. I've had LVL lash treatments quite a few times and always loved the results and how long they last. This time I treated myself to the Luxury LVL treatment, which also includes a facial, and a little neck/shoulder massage while the lash treatments are developing. Happy with my lashes as always, but left with glowing and hydrated skin too!

I cannot recommend ‘Autumn Glow’ enough! The treatment is a mixture of everything wonderful. Exfoliation and massage and indulgent loveliness to the back and then a wonderful facial and scalp massage. I would actually have this treatment every week if I could. I LOVE it! Sasha is consistently fantastic with her treatments and her techniques are outstanding! Xx
