I had an amazing Endymed treatment with Kelly at Remedi Medispa in Maidstone. She was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. The atmosphere at the cabin was serene and inviting. The treatments themselves were absolutely amazing! The Japanese head spa melted away tension I didn't even realise I was holding, and the facial was incredibly soothing and effective. My skin feels wonderfully hydrated and has a noticeable, healthy glow. A special thank you to Megan, who made the entire experience truly exceptional. Her skilled hands and calming presence made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. I left feeling not only rejuvenated but also incredibly peaceful. My husband bought me this as a surprise, and as I’ve visited Grace before, he asked her advice and booked the best treatment for my stress areas. Grace was so attentive to my needs and concerns and spent time on the affected areas. I don’t go anywhere else for a massage, Grace is the best I’ve had and always ensures she takes her time and I feel relaxed and listened to. I would highly recommend if you want a personal and tailored appointment.

What a wonderful spa package I had. I was bought the Mother’s Day package and what luxury it was. The massage was amazing. It totally relaxed me and got rid of those stress knots. The facial was superb. The products used smelt amazing and felt soo good. I loved the sauna blanket as it kept me lovely and warm during my facial. Grace has the hands of a magician. I loved the products she used so much that I treated myself to a few of them. I left there totally relaxed and glowing. I will 100% be going back.

Always 100% They go above and beyond ensuring all time is used, on us, the client. Even when things are drying etc, we, as clients, receive a hand massage, a head massage etc. Just wonderful.

I cannot recommend Remedi Medispa in Maidstone highly enough! I’ve just had my 2nd HydraFacial with Amy, and once again, the results are absolutely amazing. Amy is so skilled, professional, and friendly—she makes the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and my skin has never looked better. I also want to give a big shout out to Michelle, the Clinic Coordinator. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. I had a deep tissue massage with Grace yesterday, and it was brilliant. She really worked out all the tension, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. The place was warm and cosy, and Grace made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I'll definitely be back!
