I had a head and face massage as part of a yoga and wellbeing retreat day. It was amazing- very relaxing and revitalising. Carole also introduced the group to face yoga which was extremely interesting and something I will be adding to my daily routine. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Touching Lives to anyone!

One of the best Indian Head Massages I've ever had. Only bad thing is that it ended! How often is it socially acceptable to get an Indian Head Massage!? Vasha is just incredible at them.

If you’ve never had a facial massage I urge you to give it go, it’s amazing. Has a huge effect on the rest of your body - who knew. So relaxing ( in the end). Will put this on my regular treatment list.

Ok, so I cried....but in a good way. Surely, that's a sign of an amazing massage? I tried the Lomi Lomi Deep Tissue massage for 1 hr 15mins and felt transported. She incorporated many different techniques, so I felt like I got a bit of everything. Nafisa's magic hands are full of warmth and strength and I completely let go. I felt very comfortable and safe, and most importantly, I felt so good when I left. Her treatment room is completely quiet and you feel like you're away from everything. I will be asking for another one for Christmas! Thank you, Nafisa!

Absolutely wonderful! I thoroughly recommend Nafisa. I had an indian head massage and it has massively helped my achey jaw and neck.

Head, shoulder and face massage to relieve shoulder tension worked a treat. Nafisa is so good at targeting the stubborn areas of tension that build up.

Absolutely by far the best massage I’ve ever had. The combination of hot and cold stones, warm oils, warm sticks, head massage and reflexology plus Nafisa’s magic hands and the cosy, calm and relaxing environment was perfect and far beyond expectations. I feel light and relaxed and all tension and aches have disappeared. Can’t wait to go back and cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.
