I received a voucher for a “Head in the Clouds” treatment and it was truly amazing from the moment I arrived and met Maddie, she made me comfortable and welcome and honestly this is one of the best beauty treatments I have ever had it was perfect, I could literally feel myself melt onto the bed and relax like I haven’t done in a while, thank you so much I will definitely be returning!!

Claudia’s massage technique is flawless with always the right pressure (I like firm) & she has great strength in her hands. She spends that little extra time to work those areas that need more attention-even if you don’t tell her, she feels it. My shoulders are my particular hotspot & when Claudia first reaches them, I can feel they’re crunchy. After working on them for a few minutes, she releases the ‘crunch’ and leaves them with a more ‘doughy’ feel. My head feels as though it’s further away from my shoulders when I walk out of the salon! A massage with Claudia is worth every penny!

I recently treated myself to a head, neck & back massage with Claudia and after 5 months of working from home during lockdown, there was plenty of tension to be released! Claudia paid attention to all the knots and skilfully removed as many as were willing to disappear. The relief is immense and I’m already booked for my next massage. Self-care is now an essential part of my lockdown work life and that includes regular treatments with Claudia.

I had the 1 hour head in the clouds treatment and from the moment I got there to the end of the treatment, Maddie made me feel fully relaxed and calm. The entire experience was honestly incredible and 100% worth it! My hair now smells and feels amazing and is so soft and my face is glowing after the facial. A little slice of heaven – absolute perfection! I had the most incredible Japanese Head Spa & mini facial with blow dry from Megan today - I’m still floating! The space was calm and beautiful, and her soothing voice and expert touch made me feel completely at ease. The products smelled amazing, and the Gua Sha part was especially blissful. My scalp, skin, and hair all felt completely revived afterwards and I was completely relaxed — the perfect end to a busy day. I’ll definitely be back (though I’m tempted to keep her as my little secret!). Highly recommend, thank you Megan ✨🌿🧖🏻‍♀️
