Had an amazing facial with Hattie in her great therapy space in Lichfield centre, She created a bespoke facial with lots of products I hadn't tried before, very calming, came out radiant! Hattie is lovely but also very professional. Highly recommend, I will go back regularly.

This evening, I have had the Japanese head spa by Hattie and let me tell you it’s the most relaxing, calming and rejuvenating thing I have EVER experienced!!! My hair feels amazing and I feel so relaxed. Literally felt all of the tension be released. Definitely worth booking!

OMG, my indian head massage was amazing. Never had one before and usually suffer from migraines. So many nots released from my shoulders & neck. Having my head massage was so relaxing, I feel quite relaxed & a bit sleepy too now! Thank you so much Nina. 😍 Booked hubby his first ever back massage. He enjoyed it & will come back again at some point. Result!

This morning I had the most relaxing and tranquil Japanese Head Spa experience with Hattie. She was professional, friendly, and calming throughout, taking her time to ensure I got the very most from the treatment. My hair feels incredibly soft and looks so shiny, and I left feeling grounded, refreshed, and much lighter than when I arrived. The attention to detail and care made the whole experience feel truly special. I cannot recommend Hattie and this experience highly enough and will definitely be returning.

I have had my nails done by Charley for over a year and I have never had a bad or alright set from her they have always been great and exceeds every expectation. I couldn’t recommend a better nail technician as she a welcoming and a great technician and person to have your nails done. Would recommend Charley to everyone.

I had the most incredible experience at The Glow Collective! I booked the Japanese Head Spa and a facial with Hattie, and I can’t recommend her enough. She is truly the nicest person and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. It was a really relaxing experience and exactly what I hoped it would be. Hattie even took the time to give me some great aftercare tips. I had such a lovely time and will definitely be back! ❤️
