Outstanding! Nicola made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Very professional but also extremely personable and friendly. Tailored my experience too with being pregnant which was lovely. Very knowledgeable of her products and all their ingredients. An amazing facial which was super kind to the skin and each step was explained. Lovely arm, hand, shoulder, neck and head massage too. Her set up is also gorgeous and very professional. I would highly recommend Nicola to anyone regardless of their skin care journey, whether a newbie or pro, Nicola has you covered!

Diana was excellent, one of the best Head, Neck & Back massages I’ve ever had(and I’ve had many !) Identified and worked on all the trigger points and I left feeling great. Highly recommend Diana and Deep House.

A Natural Need is a secret gem in Hertford. They offer a huge range of treatments - more than any other salon. The facials are the best. I recently had a peel which included a mask - I've never had a mask with a peel at other salons. The service & prices are great. Thank you :)

Today was my first time visiting Deep House and it was absolutely incredible. I booked a full body massage and a head massage back to back and it was exactly what my body needed. Such a cute venue, so relaxing and all round amazing! I left feeling brand new and I can’t wait to go back soon 🥰💫

Possibly the best and definitely the most relaxing 45 mins of my life having a relaxing head massage with Diana. Couldn’t recommend more, as ever Diana was fantastic and seemed to know exactly what to do to and where for complete relaxation. The first bit def won’t be the last head massage!

Anna is truly an expert in her field! I always feel completely confident discussing any treatment needs with her and I completely trust that she gives me the very best advice. Today’s Pro 60 facial was incredible, with the added bonus of a relaxing massage while my face mask worked its magic. This lovely little gem of a beauticians in Hertford is my go-to for all my beauty needs… I can’t recommend her enough!

Honestly the best massage I have had. This was my second visit with Bethany and I decided to go for the full 2 hours. I would describe it as a strong sports massage that's actually relaxing at the same time. The ambience is perfect and Bethany is so calming and skilled at releasing tension in the muscles.

I decided to switch my facial appointment to vein thread removal on the face, which meant I had some extra time to upgrade my back, neck, and shoulder massage to include the face and scalp. It was absolutely amazing. Anna is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making you feel completely at ease. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Absolutely unreal. Beautiful space, the massage was incredible and I everytime I felt any kind of tension or anything she felt it too and treated each muscle. Find it so hard to be still but didn’t think I was going to be able to get off the bed after. Beautiful experience
