Absolutely wonderful. I went to Joanne with painful tight muscles due to stress and each time I leave feeling like I'm floating, muscle tightness completely gone ready for a good night sleep, totally relaxed, which I cannot thank her enough for. I had my top up with Jo today and once again I was really impressed with her work. The care she takes to prepare her work area is first class… after this she takes time to review the treatment to assess the precise areas she needs to treat. I am delighted with my lash tint and lift. Gen did such a good job. She was very precise, making sure each eyelash was exactly where it needed to be. As someone with naturally blonde lashes, the results are pretty dramatic. Good aftercare advice also. Thank you Gen!
