Had an amazing facial, it wasn’t just a facial an Indian head massage, neck, shoulders, and arms were also included. Was a much need relaxation treatment and the oils used made my hair smell divine. Thank you Louise!

Had an amazing experience with Chloe for my birthday! She was so sweet and knew exactly what she’s doing. I booked the silver Japanese head spa and a back massage with it, amazing back and neck massage! Head massage was very relaxing, shampooing couple of times to remove all the buildup and she did amazing job with it I enjoyed it so much! Tried so hard to keep myself awake to enjoy the full experience! The only thing I didn’t feel comfortable with was the heated eyemask as that was quite hot at the start, but it cooled down eventually. Overall, 100% experiences that I would definitely redo!

Great massage although the room was a little cold. There was a towel on my head for the massage - I’ve not had that before but it didn’t feel as nice and was harder to feel the massage through it.

Fantastic massage - holly was so friendly and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable throughout. The massage was incredible, I had the Indian head massage and she spent 30 minutes on my back and neck, really working through all my knots. Then went on to my head and around the neck again - can’t recommend enough, I’ll be back :)

Emily was extremely knowledgeable and explained every product and the reason as to why she was using it. She took the time to examine my skin and asked so many questions to understand my skin before recommending which treatment was best for me. She was also very friendly which made the whole experience enjoyable and comfortable. I also received the best head massage which was an additional bonus. I cannot wait to book in again.
