I had a great experience, I had never had remedial massage before but I really appreciated the staff's advice and guidance and the masseuse was excellent, my back was loosened and pain was alleviated and I feel like my tension areas were also worked out.

From the moment I sat in the chair, Bella made me feel completely at ease. She’s not just a skilled professional—she’s warm, down-to-earth, and incredibly easy to connect with. It honestly felt like I was catching up with a friend. We chatted about hobbies, life, and even the little things that make each day better.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. They achieved exactly the colour I wanted, and I finally found a hairdresser who truly listens to what you’re asking for. The cut was perfect, tailored to my hair type and the shape of my face. The overall experience was wonderful, they took great care of me, offered complimentary biscuits, and the head spa with the massage chairs was absolutely fantastic. The salon itself is elegant, minimal, and impeccably clean. The prices are genuinely fair for the quality of service provided. The result is a sublime colour and a look that truly suits me!

The massage I had today with Susan would have to be the best I’ve ever had. She was amazing! The electric blanket on a freezing winters day topped it off. I had such awful tension in my neck that was causing a terrible headache- all released. Can’t wait for the next one!

I enjoyed the head spa experience. The scalp feels less irritated and fresh as it often gets oily and flaky. It's worth the investment if you have issues with your scalp.

The most relaxing 60min ever. The waterfall wash was so ticklish but felt so smooth. The head massages in between really released alot of tension. And whatever product was used felt so minty and tingly

Such an amazing experience. From start to finish! I would highly recommend this 90mins head spa to anyone wanting luxury, relaxation and some you time. The only downside is that I had to take my own make up off! Which I thought would’ve been part of the facial.

From the moment I walked in I was treated to a beautiful, friendly welcome like they had been expecting me. My treatment was completed by Luna who was so friendly and created a phenomenally relaxing treatment that I didnt want to end. My hair and scalp look and feel amazing. I was very impressed by the smaller details like dyson blowdryers heat protection, curl creams and spf for you to use post treatment and a delicious tea.

Mikki was absolutely wonderful and caring. She gave me a relaxing head, neck and shoulder massage during my head spa. I didn’t want the spa session to end.
