My favorite part about coming here is it's really a true Thai massage. With a lot of stretching & pressure points. A great 2 hours. And Sasha was amazing. I took Thai Kratom before coming in to relax & ease the pain from the nearby kratom Cafe in old Town spring. Called the elixir lounge. A day of pure bliss. 😍

It was an amazing massage. I went for deep tissue and asked for firm and I got firm. The massage person was very thorough and listened when I said it was a bit much in some areas. I will definitely be going again.

Deep tissue massage was very thorough and firm. Did great work on my back and shoulders, as well as my hips. Environment was nice and quiet and dim, great for those with sensory issues. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience here, would highly recommend to anyone searching for a massage location.

Very professional, I had the integrative body massage and it was definitely more intense than a normal full body massage, but I was definitely relaxed and satisfied with it. Sammy I believe was my therapist and she was amazing. She made sure I feel comfortable and relaxed at all time

I recommend this facility without hesitation. Knowledgeable therapists, clean facility and relaxing ambiance. I especially appreciate their linens smell clean with no hint if rancid body oil. The music choice is also excellent; very relaxing.

Sunnie was very professional, and the atmosphere was very calming. I had the Swedish massage with a few hot stones incorporated, as I did not want hot stones the whole time. Sunnie listened to my wants, and provided a wonderful service. It was just what I needed, and I will be back very soon. Thai massage worried me, but when I looked on the internet they have regular massage appointments, and booking was easy. I like that the price is affordable, and they do not try to sell you a membership. This excellent client service will keep me coming back. Thank you Integrative Thai Body Work.

2nd session in on the deep tissue. She is working to heal all the damage from sports and desk-work. I am finding more freedom of movement and less pulls and pains, especially through my arches, Achilles, and calves/shins. Highly recommend if you have tight and bound muscles and tendons.

I went in for troubles and binding in my legs, ankles, and feet from sitting for so long since remote working. Even though I stretch twice a week I could not fix the issues on my own. Nice was able to use her knowledge of deep tissue massage help breakdown the tendons and muscles better than I ever could on my own. Will be going back for sure for follow up and maintenance work. Thank you for making standing and walking less painful!

I had my first experience at Integrative Thai Bodywork today, and the “Integrative Bodywork” was honestly the best massage I have ever received. Ann kindly greeted me when I first walked in and was so friendly from beginning to end. All rooms and areas are extremely clean. Jay is an excellently skilled massage therapist. The massage included hot stones, deep tissue, and elements of stretching & Thai massage, and I was able to select my preference of firmness. Jay ensured that I was comfortable, and I had a wonderful experience. I will be back soon! Thank you to Jay and his fantastic team!

I highly recommend April. She was amazing. She always pay attention to her strength and asked me if the pressure is good enough and not too hard. Coming in with a stiff lower back and coming out with a refreshing body. I can’t wait until my next appointment.

April was FANTASTIC! One of the best massages I've received in my lifetime. Not only that, she was professional, friendly, and checked in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. She was able to get all of the knots out, and I wasn't in pain the next day. I've had a good experience here everytime I come. The custom service is top tier, and all is the massage therapists are excellent. None of the other places I've been compare to this Integrative Thai Bodywork in Spring.

Jay has been perfect every time I've came to see him. I will continue to keep coming back to Jay, he listens to my issues with my body and injury. And he really works the areas that are most needed to help with pain relief. If you're looking for a really deep tissue full body Thai massage to work out all your kinks in your knots I would suggest Jay!!
