Hunter has been a godsend! I was in leg / hip pain for nearly 6 months. After some PT, I was still struggling. With her technique in deep tissue, and trigger points, my pain is completely gone! Absolutely LOVE Briana's work! She has helped me feel super comfortable and my body is feeling better than ever! Yall HAVE to try the heart warming massage its just the best! All the staff are friendly and helpful! I have been enjoying the red light therapy and ive still gotta try the salt room! This place is definitely my new favorite spot!

It was amazing. Learned about what my body was going thru and what I needed to help it get better. So many things explained to me that never has been. Felt so much better when I left there just knowing someone knew what they were doing.

Rosie did my mai with the Hard gel today instead of acrylic (which is sooo much better for your nails) and did watermelon 🍉 on one. They are so adorable! I love them. I can't wait for my pedi next week with her! Guys if you need a nail tech that doesn't just see number signs and actually cares about your nail heath Rosienis the girl to go to! Got a massage and it was a truly incredible experience. Ashley is so kind and has a very intentional, and educated technique. She’s honest and takes the time to understand if you prefer a deep tissue massage or something lighter. I got a perfect blend that suited me just right. She skillfully worked out some knots I’d been carrying for a long time — it felt like she had a detailed blueprint of my body. I’ve never felt so relaxed, and when I left, it was like I was floating. I highly recommend her!

Hunter is phenomenal! The deep tissue is now part of recovery for any major physical activity. Hunter knows her stuff and is great at finding the right amount of pressure to relieve problem areas.
