Very professional and explained the full process before starting. Waited for my cues on any painful areas to continue and was able to accommodate my skin allergies.

Where do I start. I've been coming to Gail for 8 years now, and I had never tried the 3 hour luxury package! Thanks to Gail's loyalty scheme I have just done this. It was the most luxurious spa package I've ever had from the tailored facial, the head neck and shoulder massage, hand and arm massage, led light treatment and a mini foot spa all rolled I to one with some crystal therapy too. I felt like I was walking on air when I left. This will be a twice yearly treat for me from now on. I would highly recommend Gail's treatments to all my friends and family, why would I go anywhere else x
