Absolutely loved my full body massage with Madi! The room is so calming, bed is so comfy and warm and the oil smelt divine. She's got magic hands and it was sooo relaxing!! Will defo be booking again!

I had a deep tissue massage followed by an Indian scalp massage and it was amazing. The deep tissue worked out all the tension in my back and shoulders while still being relaxing. The scalp massage was so calming I could’ve fallen asleep. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and completely relaxed. Such a professional and welcoming experience, I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing a proper reset.

I have been coming to this business for the past couple of years and this was the best experience I’ve had. Usually I’ll have a deep tissue, but this time, I included a lymphatic dry brush and full body scrub by Rachel. It was absolutely needed. Thank you Rachel and Posture & Poise.

I had my first deep tissue, sports massage with Catherine today and she instantly located my serious knots in my shoulder and worked her magic on them and my neck, back and legs too! I left feeling like a 60 year old man in a 30 year old body! 😊 The hour absolutely flew by, and our mutual interest in theatre and musicals was a delight to discuss! I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E deep tissue massage by Debbie. I’m usually more of a Swedish massage type person, but wanted a bit more pressure. I booked a deep tissue massage with Gemma after some sports-related pains, and she was wonderful. She puts you right at ease straightaway & it was definitely the best massage I’ve had in a long time. She’s so in tune with the body/the importance of breathing, and the results are amazing because of it! 100% would recommend, thank you!
