Thoroughly recommend the deep tissue massage if you have tightness. I can now walk up the stairs so much easier after the massage. Katie knows how to hit the spot, tuning into the right areas. So relaxing as well as I fell asleep ! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my experience at Harmony Hands. It was my first ever hot stone massage and I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. After treatment, I have noticed a remarkable "ease" to the previous pain I felt in my back and shoulders. I will certainly return to Fiona at Harmony Hands for more of the same. I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

The deep tissue back massage was fabulous! Katie expertly targeted all the knots and tension in my back & helped relieve the nagging shoulder pain that I’ve had for several months now. She was attentive to my comfort level and applied just the right amount of pressure throughout the session. I left feeling relaxed and significantly more mobile. I’ve booked in again!

1sft experience and absolutely the best deep tissue massage I've ever had in all the Spas' I've vi's! Fiona was attentive & listened to my request to concentrate on my frzen shoulder area. Fiona's medical ground and sound knowledge on aromatherapy sealed the deal!
