My daughter and I had a lovely day today. We arrived at 9.30am and used the spa facilities and relaxed in the sunshine until our massage treatments at midday. Feeling super relaxed, we went to the brasserie for a wonderful lunch. We loved the whole experience.

My friend and I booked the Afternoon Delight Spa package and also had a mini facial. The whole experience was very relaxing and refreshing and we had a quality afternoon. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Gorgeous place in the lovelyest little village wootton bridge , right on the creek , plenty of parking , easy to find , very helpful staff, absolutely gorgeous food , beautiful little spa and pool , we live in wootton and offen get a voucher for 2 hours in the spa and a lunch , this time I had a lovely roast and pudding after which was delicious 😋it also has a hotel which we have never stayed at as we live here 😆 but I expect its as beautiful as the rest of the place . All on ground level so easy to walk from the spa to the restaurant , I highly recommend going there 👌

Full Body Massage was good. Very relaxing. Had a spa pass too and although it was nice... it seemed a little run down and definitely needs an all round deep clean as everything was grubby.

Absolutely amazing as always. We used the spa, and the pool was a nice temperature. My daughter and I had a full body massage, so relaxing. We then had the 3 course festival lunch in the brasserie, lots of choice, food was excellent 👌 All staff are so lovely, very friendly and make you feel very special. I love Lakeside, would highly recommend.

I’ve been to many spas but this was my first time at lakeside. My treatment was lovely, particularly the back massage; very relaxing, but I can’t compliment the therapist by name as she didn’t introduce herself which I found unusual. She was very friendly when we chatted though. She left quickly afterwards which again I found unusual, therapists normally wait for you to come out, ask if you have any questions about the products used etc. I would have bought the body oil used if possible as I liked it but she wasn’t around to ask. Also, you advertise champagne and truffles but it’s Prosecco!!

Staff friendly and helpful. Bar area pleasant. Beauty/massage treatment rooms and relaxing area appeared clean? and were tidy.Unfortunately the spa areas are in need of a deep clean! Inside the swimming pool there was a fair amount of silt at the bottom including a discarded sticking plaster. Around the pool there were clumps of hair and in corners behind the longer beds built up dirt/grime and cobwebs which would suggest that the whole floor area isn’t sprayed down/treated/disinfected each night! The water in cooler was tepid not nice and cool. Ladies changing rooms dirty and decor tired.

Went in today for a full body massage with my mum for a birthday treat for her and we both had the best experience. I went in with a fractured ankle and she was very attentive to not go near the area. Best 55minutes I’ve had in a long time, just wish it didnt end, will definitely be going back for another.
