I had the scalp ritual & it was an amazing treatment to have by Lauren. It was so relaxing & my hair loved the oil, leaving it shiny & healthy. All the tools that Lauren used were gorgeous to experience & on trend. I would say it was an equivalent to a dry head spa. Lauren is lovely & made me feel at ease throughout. I always book in advance to have a treatment to look forward to! 🌹🧖🏼‍♀️

I had a pedicure and a BIAB mani with Emily and she was absolutely wonderful. She really listened to what I wanted and paid close attention to every detail. She made the whole experience feel relaxing and cared for. My nails look perfect. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her!

I had an excellent massage with Louisa from start to finish. She was warm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. The whole experience felt calm, considered, and genuinely restorative. I recently visited the rose room for the total well being package. When I entered the salon I was instantly comforted by the relaxing aromas and cosy light displays. Lauren has created such a special experience within her salon allowing me to fully escape from the outside world and deeply relax. The treatment itself was complete bliss any stress and tension I had within my body completely melted away with Laurens specialist touch I don't think I've ever felt as at peace and comfortable with a salon, couldn't recommend enough, thank you

It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

Lauren is a remarkable therapist with an intuitive touch, seamlessly blending therapeutic depth with soothing flow. She struck the ideal balance between easing away tension and inviting deep relaxation, leaving me both restored and uplifted.
