I felt relaxed and calm as soon as I arrived. 2 and a half hours of pure bliss and relaxation. Sarah worked wonders to relieve the tension in my back and leave me feeling de-stressed and tension free. The calming music and tasteful set up made the whole experience an absolute joy. Time was taken to understand my health and work out what was required and after only one session I had made improvements. Mukti is really informative and has incredible knowledge - I leave sessions not only feeling physically better but emotionally charged and always having learnt something too!

I’m not sure who looks forward to my appointments more, me or my skin!!! After 6 weeks without an appointment, my skin was dull and my make up free confidence had dulled as well! After my microneedling and dermaplane, my skin is glowing and I feel so much better and much more confident. Appointments with Sarah are always what you need them to be - it’s so nice to have a therapist who wants you to achieve your skin goals, and doesn’t recommend treatments that won’t get you there! If you want a therapist to form a glowy, healthy skin journey alliance with you, Sarah is your lady!

I had the most wonderful massage experience from start to finish. Sarah was kind, welcoming, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. Absolutely unbelievable service. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. As I experience regular pain and discomfort in my lower back, following a spinal injury, I was initially anxious and apprehensive to share my individual needs. Mukti immediately created a sense of calm and balance as we discussed my history and expectations for the massage. Mukti’s attention to detail clearly reflected her experience and thoughtfulness to ensure the massage was personalised and bespoke to me. Needless to say, I’ve already booked my next appointment!

I had an amazing massage with Mukti! My neck and shoulders were extremely tense, and I could feel the stress building up for days. Mukti worked through all the tight spots with great care and skill and by the end of the session, I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back!
