First time trying the Express Facial and LED Facial, and what an amazing experience! I’ve had many treatments at GiGi V Beauty, and this one definitely did not disappoint. The lovely Sky carried out my treatment, and she was absolutely incredible—right from the consultation through to the very end. Every step was done with just the right pressure, leaving me completely relaxed from start to finish. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Sky gave me a soothing hand massage while the LED was working on my face. Such a thoughtful touch! Sky, you are truly an asset to the team.

Fantastic and fun as always! All the girls are excellent at what they do… would not consider going anywhere else for my manicure! First time at Vaughans Hair and Beauty and I can honestly say what a treat. My beard had gone full wildebeest but Anna worked her magic and transformed me into something resembling a well groomed supermodel. Or at least someone who no longer frightens children! The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and one of the calmest trims I’ve had in ages. The salon has such a peaceful vibe and the view of Plymouth Sound and Drakes Island was genuinely stunning. Huge thanks to Anna for the care the chat and the craft. I’ll definitely be back.

Had a sports massage with Gabi. Very professional, spotless environment and a great understanding of my requirements.

Ellie was wonderful. She gave me a full deep tissue body massage. She’s very friendly and professional so I’ll be going back again!

What a find! Emma is so welcoming and professional. I loved her space, really comfortable and inviting. Emma gave me a brilliant back neck and shoulder massage, I came out feeling so relaxed yet appreciated her firm pressure. Definitely recommend.

I absolutely LOVE it here! The staff are the most friendly and welcoming people and make you feel so comfortable. I got to relax on the massage chair whilst waiting for my hair to develop which was an extra touch of luxury!

I enjoyed a full body massage and Japanese head spa by Sky. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. The head spa left my hair really healthy feeling too.

I just had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Emma and feel like a new woman! I had very tight muscles and in a lot of pain but Emma has worked her magic and I can actually turn my head to the side without pain again! Highly recommend 🥰

A great wax!! I have been waxed for at least 6 years and this is the best wax I have had. Full Leg and Hollywood wax and the BEST. I have had. Pain was minimal. The staff FANTASTIC. The Results AMAZING! I can honestly say this is the most comfortable I ever felt for my intimate area. Jodie and Julia you were fantastic!! 100% recommend.
