Highly recommend, had a lovely full body massage, the pressure was perfect and it was also very relaxing but tackled those tricky knots ! The studio and Lucy are both very welcoming.

Have been feeling tight in my legs after lots of cycling and running. Took the step to see if some deep tissue massage would help and wow, amazing to have more movement after one session. Definitely keep this going so muscles recover from exercise faster and hopefully be resistant to injury.

Anyone who finds themselves in the midst of the discomfort & confusion that is peri or menopause will understand that it sucks. However, occasionally you find something that genuinely makes a difference to how you feel & Lucy’s Menopause Massage was one of those little gifts. My massage was so relaxing & left me feeling lighter somehow. My favourite part was the abdominal massage because I have felt constantly bloated for the last 18months & nothing I’ve tried has helped. The day after my massage I woke up feeling like my tummy looked so much better! I can’t recommend this treatment enough ☺

I had Full Body Lymphatic Drainage with Lucy due to feeling incredibly bloated and swollen. I’m perimenopausal and the recent heatwave made it even worse. After the massage I slept so well which is unusual for me and I felt so much better and less bloated. Lucy is amazing at what she does and I will be working my way through all her treatments!
