Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. Jordanne yet again took me to another dimension! I had my second lift and sculpt facial and it was just as incredible as the first. Pure luxury and indulgence for 90mins I was also lucky to have the full body lymphatic drainage massage and it was just as incredible. From next month I will be doing the package so that I can escape reality once a month! Amazing amazing amazing xx

I've been coming for the Ultra Tesla seat which is truly improving my life, so I'm very glad to have found the Cryo Lab. All the staff are really lovely and helpful having responded quickly to my initial enquiry. Today I booked in a massage as I was there for the seat. Jordanne's deep tissue massage was amazing for all the problem areas of my back ... I floated out on a cloud feeling loads better. I very much recommend:-)

I had an amazing experience at Roukh Thai Wellness in Prestwich. Nora is highly skilled and very professional. She gave one of the best deep tissue and hot stone massages I’ve had in Manchester. Her technique and understanding of muscle tension and pressure points were excellent. The deep tissue, hot stones, and stretching helped release tightness in my back and shoulders. The place is clean, calm, and relaxing. I left feeling refreshed and much lighter. Highly recommend Nora.

I had such a lovely experience at Roukh Thai Wellness Prestwich. My bf booked a deep tissue massage after having body and back pain for a few days, and Nina was absolutely amazing. She made me feel comfortable, listened to what I needed, and the massage was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep during it. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed. I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage not sure what I actually needed. Sat with Jordanne, explained the problem, she asked if I’d ever had a deep tissue massage before, which was no, so she advised a mixture of a deep tissue and Swedish massage. I walked in like a coiled spring and 1 hour later left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off my shoulders and all tension in my back was gone. Jordanne is truly wonderful.

First visit to find a clean, warm and welcoming space. Very relaxing treatment room. I booked in for an hour of deep tissue massage and received a wonderful combination of Thai, Balinese, deep tissue and hot stones from Rosie who adapted the technique dependent on what my body needed in different areas. She also used a warm Thai balm which felt sumptuous. It’s the most relaxed and tension free I have felt in months. Finished off with a foot spa and a cup of tea. Wonderful. I will be back, thank you.

I always visit ND skin clinic when I arrive into Manchester from New York where I currently live. My skin started off dry and dehydrated and after the hydra facial My skin was glowing! My sister told me it took 5 years off My face! Highly recommend

I had a Facial Deep Cleansing with Natalia, and it was absolutely incredible. The treatment began with a gentle, deeply relaxing massage of the face and décolleté — pure bliss. Then the real magic started: the cleansing was so precise that my skin was left fresh, glowing, and without a single mark. I could literally feel it breathing. Natalia also shared personalised home-care tips, which was super helpful. Absolutely fantastic, Jordanne is extremely welcoming. The room is perfect, dark, soft and very calming. There were multiple check ins during treatment to see if everything was progressing well, with pressure preferences and essential oil preference is taken into account.
