Without doubt the best massage I’ve had, and I’ve had a few!!! I opted for the deep tissue massage which was brilliant. It hit the “sweet spot” of loosening any knots, without the “ouch”. Would highly recommend, and I will definitely be adding this treatment, regularly, to my wellness routine. Thank you Alina.

The Thai yoga massage was an incredible experience! It’s unlike any traditional massage — a perfect blend of stretching, movement, and deep pressure that left my body feeling completely rejuvenated. The therapist guided my body through flowing stretches while working on tension points, and I could feel my flexibility improving instantly. It was both energising and deeply relaxing at the same time. After the session, I felt taller, lighter, and full of energy. Definitely a must-try if you want something truly transformativ. Deep tissue massage with Alina is exceptionally intense - she works instinctively and reaches imbalances, tension, tightness, shortened and stiff muscles as well as knots that one isn't even aware of. I have a chronic lower back problem and love that she works very like a physiotherapist, stretching and manipulating arms and legs to address restrictions and discomfort in the body. It's a brilliant treatment that frees up the whole body

I had such a great experience getting my nails done by Caterine. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment relaxing and enjoyable. She’s also very diligent and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. My manicure looks amazing, such high quality, and it really shows in the final result. I’m honestly so happy with how my nails turned out and can’t recommend her enough :)

I have had a very good experience at Ennove. Every member of staff has been kind and helpful. I’ve had varied treatments: the ultraformer on my stomach was visible straight away, the EMS is good over time and needs keeping up. Myself and my boyfriend loved the deep cleansing facial, you really see a difference over the following few days. I very much recommend!!
