Rosie has been doing my lashes for years now & I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She always listens to what I ask for, is patient, kind & her skill is just incredible - the results speak for themselves. Lovely place, very calm and welcoming, amazing massage bed. The body massage itself is absolutely perfect. I walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and completely recharged. Highly recommend it if you’re looking to unwind, de-stress, and treat yourself to some well-deserved self-care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Had a really good massage today-back,neck and legs. I've found i sleep better after one with less neck tension. Have had 5 massages at Body and Sole and I highly recommend.

This was my second massage with Jill, and my first one to include reflexology. I feel her massages are the most effective I've ever had, and I've had quite a few over the years. Areas of my body that had quite blocked muscles have been loosened. It's remarkable really. I wish I would have discovered this talented therapist years ago. Jill is the best, she's wise in what she does, I can feel it.
