I recently had a full body sports massage with Louise, and it was exceptional. Before beginning, she always takes the time to discuss any areas of concern, mobility issues, or pain, which makes the entire experience feel personalized and thorough. Louise is truly the best in her field — a real specialist who knows exactly how to identify and fix any issues with your body. I leave the clinic thankful every single time. I just need to remember to visit more often! Highly recommended.

We had a 90 minute couple’s massage. Both were great, really relaxing and thorough. The oil was lovely and warm, and we both came away in a zen-like, peaceful state. I would go back again and my husband said the same. He even drifted off during the back massage. If you are used to plush spa retreats like we are, the surroundings are not like these, but we just wanted a full body massage after a stressful month and this did the trick. The room was just ok but once you close your eyes and the massage starts it really doesn’t matter.

Second time I booked my mum in with Amber for a full body Swedish massage and hot oil. She was amazing, paid extra attention to my mum and tackled her tension spots. My mum walked out feeling like a new woman. It will be a monthly treat for my mum from now on for sure. Thank you once again!

Had my first session with Louise today and I am feeling so much better! She had helped loosed my whole body up before a bodybuilding competition in two weeks time. My session in the gym tonight has felt so much better too, the right muscles firing at the right time rather than others taking over when they shouldn’t be! Already booked in for a second appointment, I can’t wait to feel even better! Thank you! 🤩
