Rakhi is absolutely fantastic! Be it waxing, facials, body massage she always delivers consistent results worth every penny. Her threading technique is so smooth, painless, and incredibly precise. The parlour is clean, welcoming, and Rakhi makes the whole experience so soothing. On top of this she also shared incredible home remedies for good hair and skin. I’m glad I found her. I Highly recommend her services!

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I visited Skin Deep today for a facial treatment. I was warmly welcomed by the ladies. The clinic is very clean and comfortable. Kashy done my treatment and i was made to feel very at ease. It was an amazing experience and I was informed of what to expect every step of the way. I left with glowing skin and I highly recommend this lovely place. Mrs Robson

I had a full leg wax and eyebrow wax, and I’m so happy with the results! The process was quick, professional, and so comfortable. My legs feel super smooth, and my skin looks great, no irritation at all. Neesh is so friendly and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this service to anyone looking for good quality services!

Huge thank you to Kara for doing my hair for an awards night! 💖 I turned up feeling really stressed and anxious, but Kara was so lovely and patient, and the whole salon was just gorgeous. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming that I actually managed to relax and enjoy it instead of worrying! Absolutely loved my hair and left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Collette is amazing n does the most wonderful massages. It’s like she is attuned to my body n knows the kind of healing it needs. Her hands just flow.
