I recently had a baby and I’m doing pressotherapy sessions to reduce fluid retention. My body feels great and lighter after each session. Highly recommend this treatment. Also staff is lovely!

After a long week of working I found myself spoiled in Diane's hands. We always talk at first and this is how Diane adjust the proper oil and technique to my needs. It's a bespoke treatment which is also filled with nice atmosphere and finished with a happy body and mind.

Really enjoyed and benefited from my body massage and facial. Therapist was welcoming and knowledgeable. Made me feel very relaxed in her lovely cabin. My skin felt glowing afterwards. Definitely recommend and I will be back for more therapies.

I had a hot stone massage with Jess and it was a fantastic experience end to end. I didn’t realise how tight my shoulders were until she worked on that area. The pressure across my back and legs was perfect & the temperature of the hot stones was great. I particularly enjoyed the warm up to the hot stones where she held them for a moment so her hands were warmer than body temperature, she continued with the massage with warmer hands and then built up to the stones which was a gentle transition. I left the experience feeling as flexible as a gymnast! Thank you Jess!

I would highly recommend Disha’s beauty. Since the time I came to Chelmsford , I did not find any salon that I was very confident or comfortable with as my skin is very sensitive. Jess is extremely professional, making you feel relaxed and at ease the entire time. I highly recommend Jess for massage (and hot stone!) treatment if you are feeling it with your training. Jess is an excellent communicator, very knowledgeable and I wouldn't trust anyone else.

Brilliant deep tissue massage, one of the best I’ve had! Very relaxing and really helped relieve the tension around my neck and shoulders. Disha was lovely and very professional. Will come again!
