Wonderful start to the new year with a massage from Lizzy. All of my aches & pains melted away & I left feeling relaxed & ready for the rest of the day. Lizzy is so intuitive that each time the massage is different, adapting to my needs & removing any tension she finds along the way. My health & overall fitness have definitely improved since I began to have regular massages with Lizzy. I would recommend Sion Therapies to anyone for a treat, for relaxation, & especially for deep tissue massage. Lizzy is the best.

A wonderful treat for my birthday , spa package included afternoon tea with prosecco , 1 hour massage and 2 hour using their spa facilities. Food was good they were accommodating to my peanut allergy. Massage was fantastic best I've had in a long time. Beatrice was attentive to area I mentioned were tender and sore and made it a worthwhile experience. Spa facilities are clean, a bit small but exclusive has the whole place to myself at one moment.

Been going to Kerry on a monthly basis for years, what she doesn't know about skincare is not worth knowing! Had a chemical peel and microneedling today, skin feels tightened and glowy, can't wait to see the full results in the coming days. Kerry can also.provide gorgeous massages and facials. I had a full body massage and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time. Jo was brilliant—she instinctively knew exactly where the tension was and worked it out with real care and skill. The atmosphere was so calming, I felt completely at ease the whole time. I slept like a baby that night and woke up feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend if you need to unwind and feel looked after!

Amazing treatment as always. I always leave feeling completely restored. Can't recommend the back facial enough, amazing combination of deep cleansing and deep relaxation, so glad I found Kezz as only place I know that offers this treatment. She also always offers bespoke advice on how to get the most from products to use at home, thank you!

I had an amazing time today! I had a full body massage with Beatrice cannot recommend enough! Beatrice was lovely and welcoming. She started the treatment by asking about the areas I wanted to focus on and how firm I wanted the massage to be. I explained about a health condition that I have, explained what I wanted with those areas and Beatrice listened. After it was nearly 2 hours of bliss. The treatment room was relaxing with dimmed lights and relaxing music. Loved the warm towels and how the massage oil was warmed before the treatment. It was lovely to relax after and take a moment.

I had the most incredible deep tissue massage with Lizzy last week. She was extremely welcoming and accommodating, her space was very relaxing and the massage itself was one of the best I’ve ever had. My experience at the Hampton Spa was amazing - the price was affordable - especially compared to other Spa's. The pool was beautiful, and absolutely loved the sauna - the steam room was out of use but that was absolutely fine. Also had a full body Swedish massage by Lucy - and it was incredible, she was amazing - I was so knotty beforehand and feel so loose and relaxed now. Then had afternoon tea which again was lovely - took my mum and she really enjoyed it also, she chose the facial over the massage and high rated it. I will definitely be coming back <3

A lovely massage .Lizzy is attentive to current problems and needs and adjusts her technique accordingly. The room is warm and snug so the whole experience is soothing and therapeutic. Highly recommended
