Lucy is very welcoming and helpful. I felt very welcome and comfortable. My massage was very relaxing and I enjoyed the ambience of the room. I had a full body massage with hot stones and the head massage and would reccomend going it was fabulous.

I had a full body waxing session here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The two ladies who looked after me were absolutely lovely, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. They were very professional, attentive, and clearly experienced in what they do. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the customer service was excellent throughout. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for professional waxing services. Thank you both for such a positive experience – I’ll definitely be returning!

Where shall I start ?... if rating on the CQC level, the whole area is clean, tidy and all infection prevention measures are met. Following with the massage and facial experience I have not met another place like this one, treatment done in a professional manner, advise given , precautions , side effects if they may be talked through ( such as redness post peeling ). My advice if you need a facial treatment , simple massage , or a massage like mine when my back was full of stiff knots... visit Julias place and she will sort everything out for you. Thank you!

Fantastic experience, i had a facial treatment as well as a full body massage! What an experience... i have had many full body massages and often I have not fully enjoyed it, yet here... i fell asleep like a baby.... Facial treatment was as good, prior to the treatment a full conversation was about my face ( any allergies, what products I have used before, have I ever reacted to any of the products...), long story short, Julia picked the perfect treatment and my face is glowing right now. A great pregnancy massage. I've had a few pregnancy massages and compared to the deep tissue massages I had before pregnancy they didn't really hit the spot. However, this one did, a great combination of about 50% pressure points and 50% massage made a massive difference and released a lot of tension almost immediately that I was struggling to shift. Lots of care taken to make sure I was comfortable with the pregnancy cushion provided (29 weeks) and if there was any part I didn't want massaging/any position I wasn't comfortable in.

I had my first massage ever here, I opted for the full body Asian massage as I had been struggling with lower back pain, Yan was very friendly and professional, she consulted with me prior about areas I was comfortable with and if I had any known problems, the room was very cosy and relaxing, the massage it’s self was amazing I could feel everything just disappear and the warm water at the end just gave me such a warm melting sensation, very happy and relaxed thank you so much

A really lovely firm deep tissue massage which provided lots of muscle release and relief of tension! Perfect for complete mind and body relaxation. I had the blow dry by Amber and I have to say it was an absolute divine experience. I haven’t felt this good in so long and she was so gentle and kind during the whole appointment. Will definitely be going back to have further treatments with her.
