Meri was excellent at giving a face massage and deep tissue massage to my back and shoulders. Every knott was worked out and I felt as though my neck and head had been removed from my body by the time she'd finished I was that relaxed. I'd highly recommend having these treatments, or any of them done by Meri. Very professional and well worth the money.

I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

I had a full body massage with Anastasia today. The whole Harvest experience is so calming: from arriving in the store, then having some time to decompress before your treatment in the relaxation room and, finally, the calming treatment room - it’s so well thought out and geared towards helping you relax. I love Anastasia’s holistic approach to massage. She started and ended the massage with a Tingsha cymbal sound ritual and a grounding mindfulness mantra that helped me leave my worries behind. Her initial foot compressions and gradual approach to touch felt safe, fluid, and deeply relaxing.

Amazing experience once again at Mansion Spa! This time I had upped body massage with Rohnda and I asked for a deep tissue massage. It was tough but that’s exactly what I wanted and she kept asking if the pressure was ok! Loved it and will be coming back!

I've been to the shop numerous times and everyone is always welcoming and accommodating. It was my first time visiting for a treatment, I had a 30 minutes head and shoulders massage with Anastasia. She was extremely accommodating, I felt really well looked after from the moment I stepped in until I left. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the massage was fantastic. I felt like new! Will definitely be back for a full body massage and other treatments, 100% recommend.

Her massages have helped me tremendously with both sports injuries and stress, and I always leave feeling so relaxed and relived. So lovely, Manisha did my waxing treatments and she was such a perfectionist, i’m so happy with how comfortable she made me feel as it was my first time with her. I loved the results, nothing to complain about at all. The lovely girls at the reception were so welcoming and kind also, the salon itself is very clean and aesthetic. Loved the whole experience! I had a full-body massage, and it was excellent. Anastasia, the masseuse, was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. The place itself is so authentic; as soon as you walk in, the smell transports you to somewhere luxurious and far away from Birmingham. It was hard to walk out and not buy anything. I will go back :)
