I had an amazing deep tissue back massage with Nicola this morning. She got the pressure exactly right (deep as requested) and really worked through the tight muscles I’ve been struggling with. Nicola explained everything clearly at the beginning, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience felt professional, thoughtful, and genuinely therapeutic. I had my first appointment with Jo this morning and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the second I met her, I felt very comfortable and at ease. I regularly visit Jo for various holistic treatments and honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is welcoming, friendly and professional - but more than that, she’s an absolutely amazing human being. Her warmth and care shone through from our very first meeting a few years ago. My recent Mind, Body and Soul Reiki treatment was everything I needed. I left feeling lighter, clearer and completely rebalanced/energised. Jo has such a warm, intuitive presence and a real gift for healing. Warm and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Jo is incredibly skilled at what she does, in-tune to what you need physically, mentally and spiritually and makes the whole experience inviting and relaxing. Highly recommend Jo to anyone needing help to feel rebalanced in themselves or just to indulge and pamper themselves. I will 100% be back for more.

Jo at Sanctuary Within is truly amazing. I booked the healing hour, and I came out feel 100% relaxed and reenergized for the remainder of the week. Without saying to Jo what stresses and strains I was having with life at the moment, she identified them and helps my body relax and deal with everything that is going on. Mind Body and Soul. Worth more than the price paid relaxing facial. Hot stone massage to die for, and a bit of reiki healing sound bath to finish off. I'll certainly be booking again

I had a mind,body and soul treatment from Jo , its a great venue with a lovely feel,within walking distance but plenty of parking too. Jo is lovely, warm and friendly, she is very good and knowledgeable of holistic therapies and explains what to expect . I had a relaxing facial, hot stone massage followed by reiki with drumming, it was extremely relaxing and felt emotional during reiki which Jo explained was a good reaction and not unusual to experience. Afterwards I felt energised and relaxed .I would definitely recommend Jogaflows and the variety of services available.

I booked for my second Mind, Body and Soul reiki massage and again, this has to be the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Jo is lovely, puts you at ease and is so knowledgeable about all things spiritual. Cannot wait to return for my next session.
