I was expecting a regular massage when I booked an appointment at SV Therapies. After some discussion, Steven arranged a very professional and good massage. He is a very nice person with a good sense of humor. Had 3 massages over the course of 4 days. Will be back next time we are in Costa Teguise! Thanks

The best deep tissue massage ever, Steven’s knowledge and experience on identifying the root causes of the huge amount of muscle tension, muscle weakness etc is amazing. Thankfully here for long enough to rebook, if not I think i’ll be flying back & forth for an appointment! If you are tight, sore, injured - booking here is a must.

Booked a couples whilst on holiday. Both needed a sports massage and was absolutely brilliant. Steve was very informative and gave some great tips on after care. Would have booked in again if our holiday had been a little longer. Definitely recommend.

One of the best sports massages I’ve had and would highly recommend. I am currently in training for a marathon and persuing through an injury. I didn’t mention this to Denise however didn’t have to. She instantly identified where the problem area was. I have been to many other places and always left disappointed feeling they didn’t understand what a sports massages consists of. Too weak and non effective. Not the case here, the pressure was firm, I left knowing instantly it had worked.
