I can’t recommend InBody Clinic enough. After having my baby, I struggled to find a place that offered a complete approach to recovery, but this is it. She is the most professional and skilled physiotherapist in Sydney. If you are looking for holistic postpartum rehab, don’t look anywhere else. Every new mother should come here!

I am so grateful to have found Saila. Finally all of the issues I have lived with for my whole adult life (I am 56) start to make sense. In particular, Saila confirmed my strongly suspected lipodema, and not only provides the most amazing lymphatic drainage massages, she is giving invaluable advise on how to manage the condition and prevent further progress. After the first massage I slept for 12 hours, really deeply, for the first time in years and woke feeling incredibly relaxed.

I cannot recommend inBody Clinic highly enough. It’s absolutely beautiful, and the service is second to none. Saila was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented, making me feel completely at ease throughout the session. By the end, I felt like a brand new person. I completed the Clinical Cellulite Remodelling Program with Saila at InBody Clinic and I’m extremely happy with the results. After having two children, I was dealing with painful, inflamed legs and cellulite. Saila assessed my body carefully and created a personalised treatment plan. My legs feel lighter, the inflammation has reduced, and my skin looks much better. The treatments are also very relaxing. Booked a Japanese head spa and left feeling like a new person. Kara made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Nathalia did my treatment and was fantastic — calm, skilled, and thorough. The scalp massage was next-level relaxing and I didn't want it to end. The head wash in the massage chair was an unexpected highlight, and the facial at the end sent me into full bliss mode. Gorgeous peaceful space, great Mosman location, genuinely welcoming team. Excellent value. Will be back.
