I love this EmBody contouring machine! I started in late Nov on the body blitz and I am so happy that I have rebuilt my core muscles after a four finger Ab Separation (2 babies and 2 CSections) - other things I’ve noticed are no back pain and tone !!! I’m so happy thanks Jen

We stopped by for a 30min foot massage and it was just what we needed. I’ve been to many massage places around and found they had very strong hands and his knowledge on the different parts of the feet and what they represented was educating. Will definitely need to go back and book in for a full body massage.

Amazing foot reflexology massage with Eric. So knowledgeable about all the different pressure points and where they relate to other parts of the body. I left the appointment very satisfied and feeling like I’d had a ‘body reset’. Definitely recommend.
